- used a Newton meter to find out the measurement of the force of Gravity on different objects in the classroom.
- investigated friction using Jenga bricks so that we could feel the resistance as the surfaces of the blocks moved against each other.
- explored air resistance by running across the playground firstly with nothing in our hands and then again with a small piece of paper and finally a large piece of card. This enabled us to feel the resistance the air caused as it acted on the surface areas.
- tested different surfaces to see which had the best ‘grip’.
